green soybean noodles


•  organic green soybean 100g

•  40g edamame 

•  30ml cooking wine

•  ¼ union (shred)

•  15g ginger

•  4 cloves garlic

•  ¼ tbs Salt

•  150g astarte seafood (non-shell)

•  20ml vegetable oil 


①  Boil 8 cups (2L) of water, add noodles and simmer gently for 6-7minutes or until cooked through. Rinse under cold running water.

②  clean astarte, put aside.

③ Preheat saucepan to 190℃.

④  Pour a little oil into saucepan , fry onions ,ginger and garlic. Add cooking wine , salt, and astarte, fry with high fire.   

⑤  Add edamame and noodles in it , stir fry with low fire for 2minutes, bring to plate , and serve.
